I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The modern design and stylish ambiance created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfortable seating for senior people like myself. I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with easy navigation and no steep stairs or obstacles to worry about.
I would have preferred if the staff had more knowledge of English. It would have been helpful for senior guests like me to have clearer communication with the children working there.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration throughout the hotel was charming and reminded me of a traditional Alpine lodge. The general areas had comfortable seating arrangements and were easily accessible for senior people like myself. It felt like being in a warm and inviting home away from home.
I would have appreciated a more attentive staff at times. It would have been nice if the children working there could have been a bit more considerate and attentive to the needs of senior guests.

We had a great time during our New Year's stay at this lovely hotel! the breakfast selection was amazing, offering a variety of choices including fresh juice and great coffee. the location of the hotel was ideal, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We also enjoyed the large and comfortable room with a balcony. And, of course, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The access road to the hotel. Some parts were narrow and required careful driving, which was a bit stressful at times.

The views from the rooms are amazing, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for both summer and winter activities, with easy access to hiking trails and ski slopes. The breakfast offers plenty of options and the burgers are delicious.
The shared balcony can be noisy and intrusive, especially if there are families who are not respectful of others. The lift is a bit slow, but nothing too concerning.
